Hi! I'm Chelsea, a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington. I have a passion for making the dream of home ownership a reality for EVERYONE. I often work with first-time home-buyers because I understand the challenges they face; lacking in knowledge, feeling confused, overwhelmed or frustrated.
Buying your first home is scary and a BIG DEAL. You should have every resource available during this process, especially when navigating the latest house listings. As your Portland real estate agent, I ensure you have every tool in your toolbox, are well informed, feel supported, and are truly heard. I want you to be comfortable and confident from start to finish.
Additionally, I assist individuals looking to sell AND seasoned buyers, providing the same robust experience! If you're looking for tips for buying a home, ready to explore real estate properties, or have any questions about homes for sale, let's talk!
Browse the extensive collection of homes on the market and find your dream home today. This database of real estate properties is updated in real-time, ensuring you're viewing the latest listings. If you're looking for guidance, consider connecting with a Portland real estate agent, like myself, for valuable information on buying a home in the area.
My preferred lenders are top-notch individuals who work for you, NOT THE BANK. With years of experience, they are well-equipped to guide you through the world of home mortgages, ensuring you have access to the latest mortgage programs and helping you navigate the loan process with patience and in-depth knowledge, all while aiming to save you money. The team I work with is always local and readily available—weekends, some holidays, and evenings—so you're never restricted by normal banking hours.
They will review your financials and create a roadmap tailored to your home-buying goals. And remember, there’s no pressure, ever. If you're looking for financial tips for buying a home, they've got you covered.
Use the mortgage calculator to estimate your monthly payments and see how much you can afford. It's easy to use and can help you make informed decisions.
Take a peek at my neighborhood guides to get a feel for each area and discover the latest listings. Learn about local restaurants, bars, cute shops, walkable areas, and other fun activities. For those interested in the area real estate market, I also provide insights into homes for sale. Additionally, if you’re family-minded, you can explore each neighborhood's schools and safety ratings. As you Portland real estate agent, I can provide helpful tips for buying a home in each neighborhood.
I make selling your home easy! The first step is understanding your homes value relative to comparable homes that have sold in your area. If you would like to receive a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis from me, just reach out! Once we know how to price your home, I take care of all the work to get it ready for market so you can't sit back and relax.
Have a question? Need help with something? Contact me today and I'm happy to assist you.
I love meeting potential clients at their favorite coffee shop or cafe to discuss their goals and just have a good time getting to know them. If this sounds like your cup of tea (pun absolutely intended), schedule a time with me, here.
